About Lela Machaidze

My passion is to share my knowledge and experience in the arena of Project Management with businesses and individuals. My goal is to educate, inform, and guide by providing a variety of services to assist my clients to achieve their goals and objectives. With my significant experience in Project Management and pertinent working fields, I bring you a wide array of consulting services, mentorship, coaching, scholarships, competitions, and much more.

What is my background?

I hold an MBA from the European School of Management (ESM) of the Free University of Georgia (the country in Eastern Europe). I am a Project Management Professional (PMP), Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP), and Professional Scrum Master (PSM). In addition, I hold a Master level certification in Project Management from George Washington University and am a graduate of Erickson Coaching International.

I have extensive experience in Project Management, Contract Management, Project Planning and Execution, training, and coaching. For more than 25 years, I have worked on multiple programs and projects in private and public sectors as a Program Manager, Deputy Country Manager, Chapter President and Business Consultant. Currently, I am working as an independent business and project management consultant, trainer, mentor and coach.

What is my philosophy?

The significance of Project Management is understood by a few, but its notability in the market has been increasing, especially as a result of the advancement in technological tools.

I believe that the fundamentals of Project and Change Management — time, planning, communication, management, and digitalization– must become integral to both the formal and informal nature of business. Project and Change Management provides tools and methods for linking and coordinating all aspects of business and project management. Modern problems require modern solutions. My services can make your task easier through digitalization tools, techniques, and trends that align with your agenda and objectives. If digitization is a conversion of data and processes, digitalization is a transformation. More than just making existing data digital, digitalization embraces the ability of digital technology to collect data, establish trends and make better business decisions. Digitalization in business and project management, as well as social media, has become an art.

My aim is to deliver high-end services that yield the desired results through digitalization, Artificial Intelligence, tools, and techniques. I use the concept of ‘Inspire and Serve to Develop’. Inspiration leads to development and development comes from inspiration. It’s a way to see and understand Project and Change Management along with its significance through the lens of technology.
