Lela Machaidze is going to host and organize the event ‘Agile in Public Sector’ with the co-host Alexey Kovalyov. This event is presented to the audience in collaboration with the Project Management Institute, Tbilisi, Georgia.
Alexey Kovalyov is one of the founding members of the “Agile Lithuania” organization, made a direct contribution to the legalization of Agile in the Lithuanian public sector. His expertise lies in IT Management, Enterprise Architecture, Projects Management and Operational processes, IT Procurement and Vendor Management, Agile methodologies, including Scaled Agile, and E-Government Ecosystem, and Public Procurement.
The theme of the webinar is the history and expansion of Agile project management in Lithuania’s public sector, as well as the fundamental ideas for legalizing Agile in public procurement, as well as some practical recommendations for procurement structure, artifacts, and so on.
