She is the initiator, co-founder, and President of the Project Management Institute in Tbilisi, Georgia. As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP) she participated in several programs and managed business operations throughout implementation and close-out. She has conducted several trainings in Georgian and English for the public/private sector and SME mid and executive-level representatives underframe of different training centers as well as independent consultants/trainers.

📌 Alexis Gerst is a detail-oriented leader with a passion for remote work culture. As an Acquisition Program Manager in the United States Department of Defense and a commissioned officer in the United States Air Force, Alexis is experienced in leading technical teams toward the procurement and sustainment of critical weapon systems. In pursuit of continuous improvement, Alexis earned her Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Engineering Management from Southern New Hampshire University. She is a proactive problem-solver skilled at maximizing productivity through team collaboration, superior communication, and confident decision-making.
