Value Generation puts light on cutting-edge technology and the transformation of almost every industry, including Project Management along with organizational change. Not only that, value generation is considered as the key goal of digital transformation that is immensely significant and inevitable. With Laszlo Konya, a great insight into the topics of digitalization, Covid-19 speeding up digitalization, the need for an agility mindset along with the strategic trends of 2021 were discussed in the series of lives about Digital Transformation.
